Stay invulnerable longer after damage, and briefly after exiting burrow.

Use the movable Ladder to reach the elevated Trinket chest. Trinket

Glutton's Jug

Equip this jug and defeat 50 enemies to fill it.

Received from Buffo. Quest stage that upgrades into Plasma Jug. Trinket

Plasma Jug

Defeating enemies grants bonus Plasma. Plasma can fill above its normal maximum.

Upgrade Glutton's Jug after defeating 50 enemies and returning to Buffo.
