How to Fill Glutton's Jug
Glutton's Jug only progresses while it is equipped. Defeat 50 enemies with the Trinket active to fill it.
The jug does not provide the finished Plasma Jug combat effect during this stage. Its purpose is to track the required enemy defeats for Buffo's quest.
Enemy-heavy rooms and normal cleanup routes are useful places to build the required count without changing your route too much.
How to Upgrade Glutton's Jug into Plasma Jug
- Equip Glutton's Jug.
- Defeat 50 enemies while it remains equipped.
- Return to Buffo in the Backwaters.
- Hand the filled jug back to Buffo.
- Buffo becomes hostile and begins a short fight.
- Defeat Buffo to upgrade Glutton's Jug into Plasma Jug.
Glutton's Jug vs. Plasma Jug
Glutton's Jug is the temporary quest stage. Its only listed function is to record 50 enemy defeats while equipped.
Plasma Jug is the completed form. It grants bonus Plasma when enemies are defeated and allows Mina's Plasma pool to exceed its normal maximum.
These are not two independent collectible slots. Plasma Jug replaces Glutton's Jug after the upgrade is completed.
Glutton's Jug and 100% Completion
If your inventory still shows Glutton's Jug, the Buffo upgrade quest is not yet complete.
