Clear all 21 items shown by the Bone Beach region counter without replaying the Dreadworm route blindly. This guide follows one practical sweep through the beach, Hide Tent, Secret Shoals, Calcified Caves, Beached Creature, Dreadworm interior, Mined Mind, and Shoreline Generator.

The Enhanced Map count for Bone Beach is 21. The counted set contains 11 Bonestones, two Trinkets, three Kears, one Fish, one Kear Lock, one Weapon chest, one post-boss Health Rose, and the Bone Beach Spark Generator.
Bone Beach is long, and the final dungeon uses moving floors, moving walls, dark rooms, coral launchers, and several one-way drops. Prepare before entering the Dreadworm's mouth.
Joule Syringe and Polyp Lamp use the same IDs as the main 100% Checklist. The remaining regional items share the same local save object.
Begin at Bone Rush Trail and clear the outside region before committing to the Dreadworm dungeon. Inside the creature, collect each hidden item before dropping into the next section because several returns require a long loop.
Near the Bone Beach entrance, Lionel is tending Mr. Furgus beside a blocked wall. Share a Plasma Vial if the scene is still active, continue through the region, then return after Furgus has moved. Break the wall he was blocking and follow the path behind the tower to the chest.
If the wall is still blocked, progress farther into Bone Beach and return. This is one of the most common last missing items.
From the entrance route, move right and use the bat handholds to launch toward the upper wall. Continue to the far upper-right corner and burrow under the isolated ground tile to surface the Bonestone.
Descend into the coral camp and continue until the screen with a conveyor and a row of three coral launchers. Drop to the screen below, then re-enter the conveyor screen from the left. Land on the launcher and keep bouncing until you can exit on the right. Burrow through the glowing ground on the raised ledge.
Continue downward to the later conveyor room with a gap on the right. Cross to the far shore and follow the short route to the Bonestone. An umbrella, air-dash option, or a clean burrow-jump makes the crossing safer.
Keep descending until the water first appears. Use the hanging hooks to cross the sea, move to the left side, and continue to the far end. Open the Bonestone chest before returning toward the Hide Tent.
Enter the Hide Tent from the main beach and follow the inside route to the shopkeeper. Buy the Kear for 750 Bones and Polyp Lamp for 1,250 Bones. The Lamp reduces damage taken in dark areas and is useful later in Gut Depths.
Fish in the main beach water immediately outside the tent to catch Goremaw Fang. Heal first if needed; this catch can fight back.
The breakable wall and pipe inside this tent lead toward a Bonestone chest counted by Sandfalls. Do not add it to the Bone Beach 21-item total.
Return to the beach east of the tent and enter the southern gap in the Mining Camp. Descend the tall Secret Shoals room by burrowing from barrel to barrel until you reach the castaway's island.
Talk to the castaway, collect the nearby sparkles, then burrow through the sparkling ground behind him near the tree to surface Joule Syringe.
Return to the Mining Camp, climb the upper route, and enter Calcified Caves. At the split with a door drop and a waterfall drop, enter the cave from above to reach the middle-level chest holding the second Kear.
Climb back and drop through the waterfall onto the region's single Kear Lock. Open it, clear the Miner cell room, free Fian, then break the wall near him to reach the Bonestone.
Video guides that count the Sandfalls pipe chest as Bone Beach may call this Bonestone #7. On the in-game Bone Beach counter, it is the sixth of 11.
Before entering the creature's mouth, break through the route on the right and climb to the shallows. Burrow along the underwater sparkle trail to reveal the handholds, then follow them to the chest on the raised shore.
Talk to the Grizzled Sea Captain and destroy the statue above him to reconnect this area to the beach. Break the wall tile to the left of the creature's mouth to open the direct dungeon shortcut.
Enter Dreadworm's Maw and continue into Pulsing Tract. Before leaving the early interior rooms through the normal left exit, break the wall on the right. Follow the concealed corridor and destroy the tooth at the end to reveal the Bonestone route.
When the path returns outside above the tent, drop onto the coral launcher at the upper right. Bounce left across the tent and leave through the left route to reach the red chest containing Battery Buster.
Return to the tent area, continue right, and take the wooden path down. Burrow at the high ledge overlooking the Dreadworm's head to uncover the Bonestone at the end of the route.
In the large two-level Stomach Mine room, clear the central brain enemy and use the moving handholds to reach the upper-right route. Drop into the lower-right path. Wait for the coral launcher to rise from the hole on the right, then bounce across the obstacles to the Kear.
In the semi-forced-scroll room, pass the three green slime enemies and watch the moving structure on the right. A small staircase at the top moves partly off-screen. Stand on it and let it carry Mina into the secret right-hand room, then burrow through the glowing floor tile for Bonestone #10.
Near the endpoint, do not leave immediately. Search the left side of the large wooden and metal platforms for a concealed tunnel. Move left through the dark while attacking the hidden obstructions. At the far end, destroy the candlestick and drop through the revealed burrow hole to reach Bonestone #11.
These are the two highest-risk Bonestones. Check both before entering Brain Alcove.
Defeat Mined Mind in Brain Alcove and collect the Health Rose before leaving the boss area. Continue north, return toward Ossex, and complete the Shoreline Generator obstacle route. Burrow into the final generator hole to activate the Bone Beach Spark.

Number only the Bonestones shown by the Bone Beach counter. The Hide Tent pipe leads into a cross-region route whose chest belongs to Sandfalls. This is why this page stops at 11.
The earlier Bone Beach Trail is part of Southern Outskirts. Rewards found there, including the Poppit route reward, should not be added to the Bone Beach 21-item count.
Bounding Bombs and other Sidearm pickups appear along the route, but they are not part of the 21 collectible number shown for the region. Track them separately in the Sidearms Database.

It probably includes the Bonestone reached through the Hide Tent pipe. That chest is approached from Bone Beach but counted by the game as a Sandfalls collectible. Bone Beach itself has 11 counted Bonestones.
Enter Secret Shoals from the Mining Camp and descend to the castaway's island. Burrow through the sparkling ground behind the castaway near the tree.
Buy it from the shopkeeper inside the Hide Tent for 1,250 Bones. Buy it before the dark Gut Depths detour if you want the safest cleanup route.
