Effect

Steady Soles lets Mina move normally across water, grass, stairs, and ice. It also improves resistance to knockback, including knockback that would otherwise send her into a pit.

Location

Ossex — enter the house to the right of the fountain through the roof. Burrow beneath the barricade, then continue through the attic to reach the Trinket.

Best Use

Steady Soles is most useful in areas with slippery terrain, water, uneven surfaces, or enemies that frequently knock Mina backward. It makes movement more predictable and reduces the risk of being pushed into environmental hazards.

Is Steady Soles Worth Using?

It is a strong exploration and safety Trinket when terrain and knockback are the main threats. In straightforward boss fights without those hazards, a damage, healing, or defense Trinket may provide more direct value.
