Proto Spark saves Mina from death once and revives her with half health. The effect becomes available again after Mina dies and the attempt resets.

Queensbury Crypt — obtained by completing the Duke questline, which includes finding the Duchess.

Best Use

Proto Spark is most valuable during difficult boss attempts, long combat sections, and unfamiliar areas where a single mistake would otherwise end the run. It acts as a safety net rather than a direct damage boost.

Is Proto Spark Worth Using?

Yes, especially while learning a difficult encounter. More confident players may eventually replace it with an offensive Trinket, but the extra life can be more valuable than a small damage increase during progression.
